We liked staying here, it's effective hotel. The location was ideal, at walking distance from a public park. Cool enough and very specious room, with a great bed. Spotless place, best staff. Had welcome drinks in the oyster bar in the evening.

Top location, decent food, very attentive staff. The single room I got was welcoming. Lovely bed and small balcony. There was an outstanding restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door.

The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Comfortable beds in our standard family room. When we arrived the owner was friendly. We would have extended the stay on our next trip to Rotorua.

Nothing too much trouble, a nice experience, would come here again. Sensational breakfast, stuff is extremely helpful. Fast check in and in general courteous service. Remote location, a 10-15 minute walk from rotorua spa.

There was a kitchen, that's a plus. When we came, the host met us and was great! We appreciated our coffee with goodies at Boulevard Restaurant. Moreover, parking was on site.
